Our Systems

The TOLI Center and its principals have provided outsourced TOLI support services to corporate trustees since 1992.  Our proprietary administration system was developed in the early 1990s and has been continually enhanced to provide cost-efficient portfolio management and administration services.

The TOLI Center clients do not have to adopt unique, high risk vendor methodologies to monitor life insurance performance and mange life insurance portfolios.  Rather, they adopt flexible, straightforward and conservative external services to support prudent and defensible internal risk management guidelines.

Our systems support a centralized or decentralized TOLI administration environment.  Monthly reporting can be tailored to the specific needs of administration, executive, compliance and audit department personnel.  We can deliver professionally bound policy and portfolio reports to client locations and/or PDF format reports can be uploaded to secure client folders.  Additionally, full portfolio data can be exported on request and delivered electronically.

 ILIT Management Database (IMD)

The TOLI Center clients have access to our IMD, an ILIT Management Database designed for corporate trustees, private offices and law firms that lack the internal systems to manage ILITs and TOLI policies consistent with today's compliance and trust client expectations.

Upon engagement, ILIT and TOLI data needed by The TOLI Center to perform its services is installed on our administration system.  Following installation, a customized IMD can be loaded with the installation data and returned to the client to maintain on their server.  Then, the client can load confidential ILIT and TOLI data not relevant to our outsourced services. 

Updated TOLI policy values, inforce illustration information and performance data from The TOLI Center will be routinely uploaded to the IMD so the client maintains internal control of all confidential ILIT and TOLI management transactions and the data outsourced to The TOLI Center for support services. 

The IMD includes Investment Policy Statement, Crummey Letter, gift and premium payment tracking as well as Trust Account Report communication preparation to beneficiaries, grantors and professional advisors.
