Privacy Policy  

The TOLI Center is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our clients and the confidentiality of all client information.  Our clients expect us to preserve the privacy and confidentiality of their data while this information is within our control.  

The TOLI Center executes an Administration Services Agreement (ASA) with all clients outlining the scope of our outsourced TOLI administration support services and the confidentiality and security of client data.  All nonpublic information received by The TOLI Center from its clients or from other parties authorized by clients to release nonpublic information to The TOLI Center is treated as “Confidential Information” in accordance with ASAs executed with clients.

The TOLI Center will not disclose Confidential Information to an unaffiliated third party in order to perform services requested by a client under an ASA unless (1) written consent is obtained from the client and (2) The TOLI Center has executed a confidentiality agreement with the third party restricting it from disclosing, using or duplicating such Confidential Information except as permitted under the ASA executed by The TOLI Center and the client.

 

Information Security 

We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.  We restrict access to administration systems containing client Confidential Information to employees who need to know that information in order to deliver services to our clients.  Employee access to all network and administration systems is password protected and limited by job responsibility.  In addition, all employees are required to sign a Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement as a condition of employment by The TOLI Center. 

If you complete the "Contact Us" form on the public portion of our web site, your name and other identifying information will not be sold or shared with any person or organization.  Your email address, telephone number or fax number will only be used by The TOLI Center to contact you in response to your request for information and your comments or questions about our services. 

The TOLI Center’s Trust View client website is protected and encrypted through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to ensure private and secure client viewing and reporting of Confidential Information.  The TOLI Center does not collect Confidential Information from clients through its secure client website.
